Information we collect
Depending on how you use the store, we collect:
- Account information such as name, email address, profile image, and a password hash for email-and-password accounts.
- Google account identifiers and basic profile information when you choose Google sign-in.
- Checkout and order details including email, recipient name, shipping address, optional phone number, purchased items, selected options, totals, and order status.
- Payment references, amounts, and payment status from Stripe. KallyMade does not receive or store your full card number.
- Messages sent through the contact form, reviews, and any review images you choose to upload.
- Shipping and tracking information created while fulfilling an order.
- Marketing consent records when you voluntarily subscribe.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, calculate and take payment, produce and fulfill orders, buy shipping labels, provide tracking, send transactional email, answer questions, handle returns or disputes, prevent fraud and misuse, keep business records, and comply with legal obligations.
The current store does not use analytics or advertising trackers. KallyMade does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Service providers
We share information only as needed to operate the store, complete a transaction, follow your instructions, protect the business, or comply with law. Current providers include:
- Stripe for payment processing and payment records.
- Shippo and shipping carriers for labels, delivery, and tracking.
- Google when you choose Google sign-in.
- Hostinger for website infrastructure, transactional email, and—only after opt-in—Reach marketing contacts.
These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce agreements, or protect customers, KallyMade, or others.
Marketing communications
Marketing email is optional and unchecked by default. If you opt in at checkout or through the newsletter form, we record the email, consent time, source, and consent version and may sync the contact to Hostinger Reach. Transactional messages about an order do not require marketing consent. You can unsubscribe through a marketing email or contact us at any time.
Retention and security
We retain account, order, payment-reference, fulfillment, support, consent, and audit records for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including customer service, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Order and transaction records are generally retained for up to seven years. Account information is kept while the account remains active and afterward only as needed for those purposes. Marketing consent and opt-out records may be retained as needed to honor your preference. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it where reasonably practicable.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No website, database, or transmission method can be guaranteed fully secure.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, or withdraw marketing consent. We may need to verify the request and may retain information when required for orders, accounting, fraud prevention, legal claims, or other lawful reasons. Rights vary by location, and KallyMade will honor applicable rights.
Where applicable, you may also request a portable copy of your information or opt out of a use covered by local privacy law. We do not discriminate against customers for exercising privacy rights. Because we do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, there is no sale or targeted-advertising opt-out to process at this time.
The store is intended for general adult shopping and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child submitted personal information, contact us.
