Eligibility and purchases
By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked here. You must be able to enter a binding purchase agreement where you live. If you are under the legal age to do so, a parent or guardian must make the purchase.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; it does not require us to accept an order that cannot lawfully or reasonably be fulfilled. We may decline or cancel an order for unavailable products, suspected fraud, pricing errors, licensing concerns, or shipping limitations. Any payment for a cancelled order will be refunded.
Product descriptions and availability
We aim to describe dimensions, materials, colors, options, and intended use accurately. Screen settings and lighting can affect color. Fine layer lines, a small seam, and minor surface or shade variation are normal characteristics of 3D printing; cracks, broken pieces, missing sections, or significant manufacturing defects are not.
Products and options may be changed, limited, or discontinued. Availability is confirmed when the order is processed.
Pricing and payment
Prices are in US dollars unless shown otherwise. The checkout total shows product charges, discounts, shipping, and any sales tax KallyMade is required and configured to collect before payment. Stripe processes payment. You authorize the displayed total when you submit payment.
We may correct an obvious pricing or description error before fulfillment. If a correction affects a paid order, we will ask whether you want to proceed or receive a refund.
Made-to-order fulfillment
Many products are printed after purchase. The product listing provides the production estimate; carrier transit begins after production, inspection, and packing. Larger or multi-item orders may follow the longest applicable estimate.
If we cannot ship within the stated time, we will provide a revised date and request consent to the delay or offer cancellation and a prompt refund for the unshipped order. See Shipping & Returns.
Customer-provided information
You are responsible for accurate contact, shipping, product-option, personalization, and payment information. Review names, dimensions, colors, addresses, and uploaded material before approving an order. Contact us promptly if something needs correction; changes may not be possible after production or shipment begins.
Product care and appropriate use
Follow the product listing and our care guidance. Unless a listing specifically says otherwise, products are not verified as watertight, food-safe, dishwasher-safe, heat-resistant, outdoor-safe, load-bearing, or suitable as children’s toys.
Use products only for their described purpose. Keep PLA away from significant heat, flames, hot vehicles, and other conditions that can soften or deform it. KallyMade is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, alteration, improper care, or use contrary to product-specific instructions, to the extent permitted by law.
Customization and cancellations
Custom and personalized work may require written approval of the specifications, price, and schedule. You confirm that material you provide may lawfully be used and does not infringe another person’s rights. We may decline work that is unsafe, impractical, unlawful, or outside our licensing rights.
Request changes or cancellation as soon as possible. We accept cancellations received before production starts. Once custom or personalized work begins, cancellation or changes may not be available.
Returns and refunds
Return eligibility, exchanges, damaged orders, and refund handling are described in our Shipping & Returns policy. Personalized or made-to-specification products are generally not returnable for a change of mind, but this does not remove remedies for damage, defects, or an item that differs from approved specifications.
Intellectual property and model licenses
The website, branding, photographs, copy, and KallyMade-created designs are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. The catalog may also include models commercially licensed from independent creators. Those creators retain their rights, and KallyMade follows the applicable commercial license and attribution terms.
Purchasing a physical object does not transfer a digital model, copyright, trademark, commercial license, or permission to copy, scan, manufacture, distribute, or sell the design.
Website accounts and acceptable use
Keep account credentials secure and contact us about suspected unauthorized use. Do not interfere with the site, bypass security, submit malicious code, scrape the store abusively, use another person’s identity, commit fraud, or use the service unlawfully. We may restrict accounts or activity reasonably believed to violate these terms or threaten customers or the store.
Warranties and liability
Nothing in these terms limits a warranty, remedy, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited. For a product that arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from its description, contact us so the issue can be reviewed and an appropriate remedy provided.
To the extent permitted by law, KallyMade is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the store or a product, and total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product. These limits do not apply where the law prohibits them or to liability that cannot be excluded.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Florida law, without removing any mandatory protection that applies where you live. Except where applicable law permits or requires another venue, disputes must be brought in the state or federal courts serving Osceola County, Florida. Either party may bring an eligible matter in small-claims court. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply.
